DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1
Athens

Welcome to Athens, the land of mythical Gods and the heart of Ancient Greece, a powerful civilization and empire.

Upon arrival, your private driver will pick you up from Athens International Airport and take you to your luxury hotel. Enjoy your afternoon and evening exploring the vibrant culture and nightlife of Modern Athens. Ask your Leisure Travel Consultant for recommendations of their favorite restaurants, cafes and entertainment options.

DAY 2
Athens - Half Day Private Guided Tour

In the morning, after breakfast at your hotel, your driver and your licensed English-speaking guide will meet you at your hotel lobby, to begin your tour around Athens’ most important historical sites.

During your Private Athens Day Tour, you will be visiting the Acropolis Hill, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium, the Presidential Guard change and the Trilogy. Your licensed guide will be joining you for about 3 hours, in order to show you around Athens city center, Acropolis hill and Ancient Agora. Between sightseeing, you can have some free time to enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants that we will suggest you.

You can optionally extend this tour to visit the new Acropolis Museum, on your own or with your private guide.

DAY 3
Athens, Mykonos

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Athens airport to catch your flight to Mykonos. Upon arrival, a representative will be waiting to transfer you to your luxury hotel. Enjoy the remainder of your day by relaxing at the pool or one of the many crystal-clear beaches on the island. Take a stroll through the whitewashed labyrinth streets of Mykonos town lined with numerous shops and restaurants. Make sure to ask your travel advisor for suggestions of their favorite things to do and see while on the island.

DAY 4 & 5
Mykonos

Spend days of leisure in Mykonos, at your own pace. Explore the island on your own or take, either a catamaran cruise or a private guided tour.

Optional Private Catamaran Sunset Cruise from Mykonos to discover two of the region’s highlights on this paradisiacal cruise, Delos & Rhenia islands or South beaches of Mykonos. Following departure, head to Rhenia Island to swim, sunbathe, and explore the scenery at leisure, continue to Delos Island, said to be Apollo’s birthplace and then the South beaches of Mykonos.

Optional Private Half Day Mykonos Guided Tour with a licensed guide. You will do a panoramic drive of the island stopping at the Lighthouse area, St. John area for seeing Delos island and at one of the southern beaches of Mykonos, then continue with the walking part of the tour in Mykonos town. We will see the famous Windmills, Little Venice and the Paraportiani Church along with the winding streets of Mykonos town.

Ask your travel consultant for recommendations of their favorite beaches to either soak in the sun privately or begin your fun-filled sunset party.

DAY 6
Mykonos, Santorini
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the port of Mykonos to catch your 3-hour hydrofoil ferry to Santorini. Upon arrival, our representative will be waiting to transfer you to your luxury hotel. Spend the remainder of your day overlooking the spectacular views of the caldera and the stunning colors of the sunset. Enjoy dinner at one of the numerous restaurants while sipping wine from one of the local wineries. Ask your travel consultant for recommendations of their favorite restaurants.

DAY 7 & 8
Santorini

Days at leisure to enjoy the sun, the unforgettable Aegean views and the most romantic sunset in the world. Explore the island on your own or take, either a catamaran cruise or a private guided tour.

Optional Private or Semi-Private Catamaran Cruise. The cruise begins from Vlihada Marina, sailing past the red and white beaches to Akrotiri and the old Venetian ancient light house.

The first stop will be at the volcano and hot springs for a quick swim, before proceeding to a secluded bay, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, while the onboard chef prepares your lunch or dinner with fresh seafood and steak barbeque. Following your meal, continue your sail through the caldera, passing the islands of Thirassia and Aspronissi, Firostefani, Imerovigli, Epta Pedes Secret Church before returning to Vlihada Marina.

Optional half day Santorini Private Guided Tour with a licensed guide to get a more authentic picture of Cycladic architecture and culture. You will visit the ancient town of Akrotiri and the traditional settlements of Megalochori and Pyrgos.

Spend time relaxing at the famous red, black, or white sandy beaches, enjoy a vineyard tour and wine tasting experience, enjoy a Greek cooking lesson, or go hiking between Oia and Thira.

DAY 9
Santorini, Crete

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the port of Santorini to catch your 3-hour hydrofoil ferry to Crete. Upon arrival, our representative will be waiting to transfer you to your luxury hotel. Crete, Greece’s largest island, offers a mix of wild mountains, stunning beaches, rich culinary traditions, and a history dating back to the Minoans of the Bronze Age. From west to east, Chania, Rethymno, Heraklio, Elounda, and Agios Nikolaos, are considered ideal bases for travelers, offering walkability and proximity to attractions and beaches.

DAY 10
Crete

Enjoy a relaxing day on your own or take an optional private full-day tour to Heraklion and the Palace of Knossos, one of the greatest sites of the Ancient Greek World.

You will wander around the Palace of King Minos and the Minotaur marveling at the first European Civilization and continue to a beautiful village nearby for a vineyard picnic experience. Closing the tour, you can continue to the Archeological Museum of Heraklion and the exploration of Heraklion city with stops at the Old Port, the Venetian Walls, the Municipal Market, museums, churches, and shops of your preference.

DAY 11 & 12
Crete

Spend your days relaxing at one of Crete's endless turquoise beaches, discover charming villages surrounded by olive groves, hike through scenic gorges, and learn more about the island's ancient civilizations.

If you have chosen to stay in Chania, you can pick among various optional tours and activities, such as a private tour of Chania Old Town, to discover more about its Venetian harbor and explore the historical city center with the narrow streets and the Market.

Another option would be a Private Chania Jeep Safari, during which you will enjoy lunch and a Winery Visit, along with splendid views to the gorge of Samaria (the biggest canyon of Europe), the Libyan Sea and the Aegean. Leaving the cosmopolitan city of Chania, we will drive you through rough roads to the authentic part of Chania, where you will get a different view of the Cretan landscape, full of olive, lemon and orange groves. Admire Samaria National Park and enjoy delicious Cretan snacks, with a cup of mountain tea with honey. Enjoy lunch in a typical Cretan Tavern before visiting Anoskeli winery for a wine tasting!

If you choose to stay in Elounda or Agios Nikolaos areas, you can optionally enjoy a unique private tour to Lassithi Plateau, including olive oil tasting & lunch. Driving from the coastal plains into the sacred mountains and the caves that fringe them! Visit one of the most important sacred sites of Minoan Crete and one of the largest caves on the island. Enjoy lunch in an authentic tavern, where they combine Cretan Greek cuisine with seasonal ingredients and local products!

DAY 13
Departure

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Heraklion airport, to connect with your departure flight via Athens International Airport.
