DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1
Athens

Welcome to Athens, the land of mythical Gods and the heart of Ancient Greece, a powerful civilization and empire.

Upon arrival, your private driver will pick you up from Athens International Airport and take you to your luxury hotel. Enjoy your afternoon and evening exploring the vibrant culture and nightlife of Modern Athens. Ask your Leisure Travel Consultant for recommendations of their favorite restaurants, cafes and entertainment options.

DAY 2
Athens - Half Day Private Guided Tour

In the morning, after breakfast at your hotel, your driver and your licensed English-speaking guide will meet you at your hotel lobby, to begin your tour around Athens’ most important historical sites.

During your Private Athens Day Tour, you will be visiting the Acropolis Hill, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Panathenaic Stadium, the Presidential Guard change and the Trilogy. Your licensed guide will be joining you for about 3 hours, in order to show you around Athens city center, Acropolis hill and Ancient Agora. Between sightseeing, you can have some free time to enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants that we will suggest you.

You can optionally extend this tour to visit the new Acropolis Museum, on your own or with your private guide.

DAY 3
Athens, Santorini

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Athens airport to catch your flight to Santorini. Upon arrival, our representative will be waiting to transfer you to your luxury hotel.

Spend the day overlooking the spectacular views of the caldera and the stunning colors of the sunset and enjoy dinner at one of the marvelous restaurants of the island. Ask your travel consultant for recommendations of their favorite restaurants.

DAY 4
Santorini

Day at leisure to enjoy the sun, the beautiful beaches, the unforgettable Aegean views and the most romantic sunset in the world.

Explore the island on your own or take an optional Semi-Private Sunset Catamaran Cruise. The cruise begins from Vlihada Marina, sailing past the red and white beaches to Akrotiri and the old Venetian ancient light house.

The first stop will be at the volcano and hot springs for a quick swim, before proceeding to a secluded bay, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, while the onboard chef prepares your lunch or dinner with fresh seafood and steak barbeque. Following your meal, continue your sail through the caldera, passing the islands of Thirassia and Aspronissi, Firostefani, Imerovigli, Epta Pedes Secret Church before returning to Vlihada Marina.

DAY 5, 6 & 7
Santorini

Days at leisure. Spend time relaxing at the famous red, black, or white sandy beaches, enjoy a vineyard tour and wine tasting experience, enjoy a Greek cooking lesson, or go hiking between Oia and Thira.

Optional half day Santorini Private Guided Tour with a licensed guide to get a more authentic picture of Cycladic architecture and culture. You will visit the ancient town of Akrotiri and the traditional settlements of Megalochori and Pyrgos.

Santorini is also the top destination in Greece for wine and has over 20 wineries. The volcanic soils and unique ways that grapes are grown, make wine tasting in Santorini an absolute must. Follow optionally, a Santorini Private Vineyard Tour with Wine Tasting & Food Pairing at an award-winning winery and restaurant in Santorini and enjoy your dinner while watching the sunset!

Santorini, Athens
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Santorini airport, to connect with your departure flight via Athens International Airport.
